HOW TO BOOK WITH US
1. Email, text, call, or send us a chat message with the below information:
The list of items you are interested in renting
The quantities you need for each item
The event date
Let us know whether or not you need delivery
if you need delivery please provide the delivery address along with delivery time and pick up time
The first and last name the reservation will be under
The phone number for individual the reservation is under
The email address of the individual the reservation is under.
2. Once we have all of the required information we will check availability for the requested items for the specified date.
3. If the items are available for the specified date, we will send an invoice for the total to the email address provided.
4. Upon receipt of the invoice a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure the date. The deposit can be paid via Venmo, Cash, or Credit Card of the phone.
5. Once we have received the 50% deposit the reservation is considered confirmed.
6. We will reach out the week of the event to confirm all details and collect final payment.
